Printing and die cutting are per produced sheet. Glue uses finished sheet m² and the applicable process count. Carton joining is added after sheet cost is divided by cartons per sheet. Manufacturing load is applied to the total of all costs before it: paper, ink or print charge, die cutting, glue and, in carton mode, joining.
